Mr. Rossi advises clients on civil and commercial law matters, as well as on debt restructuring procedures.
He also acts as court-appointed receiver in judicial liquidation proceedings and as judicial liquidator in composition with creditors procedures (concordato preventivo), upon appointment by the Court of Milan. In addition, he serves as delegated professional for judicial sales and as judicial custodian in real estate enforcement proceedings, upon appointment by the Court of Milan.
Mr. Rossi also acts as an auxiliary of the Business Section of the Court of Milan, serving as special receiver (curatore speciale) pursuant to Article 78 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.
