Alberto Basso graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He initially worked as an auditor at an auditing firm and subsequently specialized in his profession, opening the Basso Alberto Tax, Corporate, and Administrative Consulting firm in 1990 in Melegnano and Milan.
He has focused his activity on the corporate, tax, and administrative assistance of national and international companies and groups, both for ordinary and extraordinary matters. Alberto Basso has held administrative and supervisory roles in companies, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.
Professional Experience
Alberto Basso founded his own firm and, in 2015, was among the founding partners of Elexia, lawyers and chartered accountants, where he is now “of counsel,” offering his expertise on specific issues.
Appointments
He serves as member of boards of directors and supervisory bodies of companies and entities and is also a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
