Andrea Migliore, a graduate in Law from the University of Naples Federico II, has specialized in the real estate sector, advising some of the most prominent operators in the real estate and property services industry. His expertise covers contract negotiation, real estate acquisitions and portfolio transactions, corporate real estate operations, pre-litigation and litigation management, and lease agreements.
Professional Experience
From 1995 to 1996, he collaborated with Attorney Giovanni Iannone’s firm, working in tax litigation and real estate law for major industrial groups, handling tax-related matters. From 1996 to 1998, he joined Studio Legale Commerciale Errico di Lorenzo in Naples, where he focused on litigation, M&A, contract management, and lease disputes for prominent Italian and multinational companies.
In 1998, Migliore co-founded the Iannone & Migliore law firm, based in Naples and Rome, specializing in commercial, corporate, and real estate law.
He played a key role in the establishment of Assogesti, now Assoimmobiliare, the real estate industry association affiliated with Confindustria.
He joined Elexia in late 2017.
