Since the beginning of her professional career, Elena Fesi has focused on civil and commercial litigation, mediation, and out-of-court assistance. Education
After obtaining her diploma from the School of Specialization in Legal Professions (SSPL) at the University of Milan in 2005, and qualifying as an Attorney in 2006, she collaborated for over a decade with a law firm with offices in Monza and Milan. Meanwhile, she obtained certification as a Civil and Commercial Mediator in 2011 and a Master’s diploma in Corporate Law in 2017. In 2022, she obtained a Level I Master’s degree in Economic, Statistical, and Legal Disciplines.
