Gianluca Crespi has dedicated his career to employment law and industrial relations. Assisting a diverse range of clients in the industrial, commercial, and financial sectors, he has gained extensive experience in employment litigation, as well as in out-of-court advisory services across various areas, including: employment contracts (subordinate, quasi-subordinate, and self-employed); executive and corporate officer agreements; agency and commercial distribution contracts; workplace health and safety; and corporate reorganizations.
Professional Experience
After working with leading law firms specializing in employment law, where he also became a partner, he joined Elexia as a partner shortly after its founding.
Academic Experience
He teaches Employment, Trade Union, and Social Security Law at the Advanced Training School of the Italian Labor Lawyers Association and is a regular speaker at conferences organized by professional training institutions.
