Since the beginning of her professional career, Ms. Frisoni Bianchi has focused on insolvency and banking law, with particular expertise in litigation management. She has gained experience in the various proceedings governed by the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code, assisting Credit Institutions, securitization vehicles and companies.
After an initial experience in banking litigation and five years at a leading Milan-based law firm, where she advised primarily banking clients in insolvency matters, she joined Elexia in 2025 and she is currently an Associate.

She has collaborated as co-author on the drafting of the following publications: Il codice della crisi d’impresa per gli avvocati, Gruppo 24 Ore, 2nd ed., 2024; Testo unico bancario commentato, Gruppo 24 Ore, 2nd ed., 2023; Il codice della crisi d’impresa per gli avvocati, Gruppo 24 Ore, 2022.
She is also co-author of the article “Fallimento del terzo datore? Giungono in soccorso le Sezioni Unite” published in 2023 on NT+ Diritto – Il Sole 24 Ore and has authored numerous articles and in-depth analyses for a leading legal portal.

Member of the Milan Bar Association.

Law Degree, University of Milan.
Thesis abroad on over-indebtedness in the German legal system (“Il Verbraucherinsolvenzverfahren nell’Insolvenzordnung tedesca” – “The Consumer Insolvency Procedure in the German Insolvency Code”).
