Mr. Bresciani is a trainee lawyer working alongside the Firm’s partners, with a particular focus on business crisis and insolvency law. In the course of his professional training, he focuses on the legal tools available for addressing business crises, both those aimed at ensuring business continuity and those involving liquidation solutions.
He also assists in civil and commercial litigation, providing support in both judicial and out-of-court matters.
Education
He graduated with full marks in Law from the University of Milan in April 2026, with a thesis entitled “Court Authorisations in the Negotiated Settlement of Business Crisis”.
