Marco Nucci primarily assists Italian and multinational companies in civil, commercial, and corporate law disputes before ordinary courts, arbitration panels, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. His expertise includes directors’ and auditors’ liability actions, challenges to shareholder resolutions, disputes among shareholders of limited liability companies (s.r.l.) and joint-stock companies (s.p.a.), product liability issues, commercial agency agreements, distribution contracts, and other forms of commercial intermediation.
