Tommaso Ciancio

Trainee Lawyer

Since the beginning of his professional practice, Tommaso Ciancio has focused on corporate crisis law, working closely with the senior partners in assisting entrepreneurs in evaluating the best legal tool for managing corporate crises and insolvency, both in the context of business continuity and liquidation. He also handles the management of over-indebtedness debt restructuring procedures. Additionally, he supports the partners in civil and commercial litigation activities, both judicial and non-judicial, as well as in drafting and reviewing contracts.

He graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the University of Milan – Statale, with a thesis on corporate crisis law titled “The Effects of Sales in Insolvency Procedures Regulated by the CCII.” He joined Elexia in May 2024.
