Valerio Menaldi graduated in Law from the University of Florence. After gaining experience at Professor Gracili’s law firm, he founded MM&A, one of Italy’s leading law firms specializing in local utilities, privatization processes, and project financing.
He strengthened his expertise in extraordinary transactions by advising major Italian public entities on derivatives. His extensive experience and the numerous successful transactions he has overseen have led him to develop an independent advisory profile, particularly supporting sponsors in financial operations related to infrastructure projects.
Professional Experience
In 2016, he co-founded Cinelli Menaldi & Associati with Nicola Cinelli. The firm then joined Elexia in 2017.
